TLC home renovations

The project was to renovate existing facilities at the TLC Home for Abandoned babies in order to accommodate 26 children who could not be adopted due to physical disabilities and/or their being HIV positive. (The foundation arranged for Pro Bono architects and builders to complete the renovations at cost and funded the balance of these activities entirely).
