The foundation has held Easter Parties at the Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital. These parties play the role of creating smiles and providing love, attention and positivity to children who are suffering from numerous illnesses at the hospital. Children receive gifts and, where appropriate, chocolate Easter eggs with the intention of lifting their spirits.

The Kirsty Watts Foundation holds an annual Christmas party in order to put smiles on a range of children’s faces. The party is held at different venues each year in order to spread the love and provide some well-deserved fun, spoiling and attention to a variety of children in need. Irrespective of the children who are being catered for, the day always involves a large amount of fun, laughter, music, food and presents.
